Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Adventure Sports Log at adventuresportslog.com. They are written for a small subscription product and are not a substitute for legal advice.

1. The service

Adventure Sports Log lets you log adventure sports sessions and milestones, and optionally publish a public profile. We may change features as we validate the product.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on your account. Sign-in uses Google (and any other OAuth providers we enable). Do not share access you do not control.

3. Plans and payments

A free tier is limited in how many sports, sessions and milestones you can store. Pro is a $10/month subscription billed by Stripe. Cancel anytime; you keep your data and return to free limits. Payments are non-refundable for the current billing period unless required by law.

4. Your content

You own the logs you enter. If you make a profile public, anyone with the URL can view the aggregates and entries we display there (notes stay private).

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to store illegal content, harass others, or attempt to break into accounts that are not yours.

6. Warranty

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for lost logs, downtime, or decisions you make based on the data.
