This policy describes what Adventure Sports Log collects and why. It is written for the current product and should be reviewed before taking live payments in your jurisdiction.
What we collect
- Account data: email address, optional name and profile picture from your sign-in provider, optional public username.
- Log data: sports tracks, sessions, milestones and the fields you enter.
- Payment data: a Stripe customer identifier and plan. Card details never touch our servers.
Why we collect it
To run your account, store your log, bill Pro subscriptions, and show a public profile if you opt in. We do not sell personal data.
Processors
Depending on configuration: Google (sign in), optional GitHub (sign in), Stripe (payments), MongoDB Atlas (storage), and Vercel (hosting).
Public profiles
If you enable a public profile, the sports, session summaries and milestones we show on that page are visible to anyone. Session notes are not published.
Your rights
Email neeewlifer@gmail.com to access, correct or delete your data. We respond within 30 days.
